I believe in sharing skills we cultivate with the collective. This practice has changed my life. I discovered yoga as part of my New Year Resolution in 2000, and almost 20 years later am still in love with the practice. I did my first teacher training in 2003. My second teacher training was in 2005 with two of my main teachers at the time, Sianna Sherman and Mitchel Bleier. I continued to branch out, discover and explore, play and teach through it all. Registered with the Yoga Alliance since 2005, currently as an-RYr500,YACEPr

As i began to see how much Yoga and Meditation heals what Trauma, Substance Abuse and unhealthy modern convenience living damaged in my body, I decided to become a teacher so I could share that knowledge better with other people. I took my teacher training with Jeff Emerson, my mentor, who specializes in Recovery Yoga and became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2017.I have continued my studies there and with other teachers. I am also a Reiki Teacher, practice Thai bodywork and am currently finishing a certification in Kundalini Yoga.
